Intellectual Property Notice:

​Rights to the artwork remain the sole property of Mary Adams Art, including after purchase. This includes, but not limited to, originals, commissions, prints, and current and/or future reproductions of any kind. The purchase of any item, original or otherwise, does not grant the customer permission to mint the piece into an NFT, print, and distribute in any form or reproduce in any way by means of profit and/or otherwise. This includes copying the artwork exactly and claiming the idea as your own.

​Posting images of the items purchased on social media are always welcomed when given credit.

Return Policy: 

I am a human and not a big corporation, please contact me and communicate with me if something is wrong or otherwise! If items are damaged upon delivery please take photos and email them within 48h of receiving them for a refund and/or replacement.

​I offer a 14 day return policy for change of mind purchases* so long as the item is returned in its original condition. Right to deny a refund is due to artist's discretion. Prints in particular can be very delicate, and my sanitary standards can be quite strict as it likely won't be able to be re-sold upon return.If the print was not taken out of the recyclable cello-bag it came in it will likely be accepted back. Please be careful not to fold/dent the print in any way!

*Original artwork purchases are final. 

​If you have a change of address you must notify me within 24 hours in order to get it shipped to the new address. Once it has left my hands into the postal service I cannot guarantee a redirect. 

​Mary Adams Art is not responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect shipping addresses given by the customer. Please ensure you have provided the correct mailing address at checkout.

 As prints and framed print options are all made to order, please allow up to 10 business days for me to order, receive, package and mail out your product. Also please note shipping delays are still happening and I cannot guarantee shipping times.

Liability: 
I am not responsible or liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. It is not our duty to refund, exchange, replace, or compensate by any means for the damage of products that have been mishandled by customers. For example: finger prints, tearing, smudging, spills, damaging works, etc. 

 As guaranteed under consumer protections, compensation for damage is due when/if damaged products are received  when impacted by postal services and or faulty merchandise has been dispatched.

​Duties + Taxes: 

Mary Adams Art is based out of New South Wales, Australia and is not liable for import fees on any products purchased. This includes but is not limited to a commissioned custom piece, originals, and other reproductions or merchandise. 

​Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. Some countries charge import taxes and others do not. The customs agency should notify the recipient by mail, phone or email to pay these charges, so that the shipment can continue to its destination. 

​It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any duties, value added tax, or similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional charges the delivery will be returned to me. Provided that the product is in its original condition I will refund you the cost of your purchase.
